~The Vineyards at Ulupalakua~

        Ulupalakua Ranch, located on the slopes of Haleakala on the island of Maui, has a history as full bodied as the wine now produced by Tedeschi Vineyards.  You can feel the history of the tiny rural community’s rolling green pastureland, giant  trees, majestic mountain vistas and seascapes below.  In 1974-Tedeschi Vineyard was established.  Their first wine was in 1977-Maui Blanc, a Pineapple Wine  and 1980-the first grapes were harvested, since then many different varieties have been produced.  The vineyard has just recently celebrated its 3oth Anniversary.
